Established in 1978, our company is manufacturing high quality quartz products for semiconductor, fiber optic and lighting applications since 1997. With a complete fabrication facility located in Southern California and continuous investing and reinvesting in the Quartz capabilities, Jelight become Authorized Momentive Performance Materials Quartz Inc., (formerly GE Quartz) distributor-fabricator and approved supplier to many OEMs and end-users alike, internationally and nationwide.
Fabrication, machining and inspection equipment enables us to maintain strict tolerances and produce the highest quality products. 24” bore lathe is capable of handling quartz tubing up to 600mm in diameter, HAAS VF-3 AND VF-4 CNC mills allow us machining of our own solid quartz from ingots, core drilling, grinding and polishing.
Our knowledgeable engineering team provides industry partners with R&D and reverse engineering support. Most commonly repaired quartz products are 200 and 300mm Insulators/Pedestals, and 200mm and 300mm Bell Jars.
We specialize in 150mm to 300mm quartz products and most commonly manufactured within wide range of semiconductor grade products for single wafer applications, such as bell jars, insulators pedestals, cover plates, windows, domes, chamber liners, Focus and Shadow Rings, Wafer Susceptor Shafts, Gas Distribution Plates (GDP), Baffles, Shields, Rings, etc; and for vertical and horizontal diffusion furnace subcomponents, that includes double-wall process tubes, inner/outer tubes, liners, wafer carriers, boats, pedestals and baffles , torches, chambers injectors, nozzles, caps, plates and more.
Quality Assurance team in inspection facility and has the finest measuring equipment available, including a Brown & Sharp CMM. Our products are manufactured according to the tolerance specifications required for today's automation. Unique design of Quartz Ring Burners & Torches allows purity levels of Quartz to be maintained, greatly reducing possibility of metal contamination during fabrication.
